Jenn's Shortbread

Mix in processor:
1 1/4 C flour
3 T sugar

Cut in until fine crumbs
1/2 C butter (best to use real butter. do not soften. it should be cold)

Form dough into ball by gently squeezing it together. Can make into rectangle. Pat or roll into a greased sheet. Bake 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Cool 5 minutes.
