Poppy Seed Pound Cake Muffin

Poppy Seed Pound Cake Muffin
Ingredients:
1 C sugar
1/2 C butter
2 eggs
1 C plain yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C all-purpose flour
3 tsp. poppy seeds
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Cream sugar and butter; beat in eggs, then yogurt and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Spoon into 12 greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
